Initial meeting: At first consult you will meet with an estimator or the contractor at your location  to discuss your needs, desired style, design and budget

Follow up: One week after our first  consult, we email you an itemized scope of work and sketches(upon request).

Contract Sign: If you are satisfied with our design and pricing, we will send you a contract for your review. You can sign it and make a retainer payment all from the comfort of your home.

Building Approvals: After the contract and payment is received, we will start gathering all documents that your management company, the coop or board of directors would need. If included in your scope, we will apply for all city permits and send you licenses and insurances for all trades involved. We will work with your management to obtain approval for the work.

Finishes Selection: We will then offer you a selection of finish materials: tiles, fixtures ,cabinets, countertops ,appliances, etc. 

Work Start and Work Progress: Our Office will keep you up to date as to progress and next steps, confirmations and whatnot.

Final Walk Through: Once the project is complete, we will have a walk through with you to determine if the project has met and exceeded your expectations. We will  to address any of your remaining concerns so you are always 100% SATISFIED.
